(1) The Prime Minister shall, subject to this Act, appoint the office-bearers.
(2) The term of office of the office-bearer shall be Four years.
(3) The office-bearers shall serve in the Academy on the whole-time basis.
(4) The remuneration, conditions of service and facilities of the office-bearers shall be as prescribed.
